Aerated concrete is a member of porous family. The characteristic feature of this group concrete is cellular structure.

Gas cells take up to 85% of the material, so porous concrete have a low weight by volume. Aerated concrete is produced from lime, water, and cement and quartz sand. All compositions are dosed by computer. “Paste”, mixed carefully prescription components, is prepared in aerated concrete mixer for 4 - 5 minutes. The reaction product - hydrogen forms a mass of raw material with lot of pores ranging from 0.5 to 2 mm, equally penetrating the material.

Immediately after, mixture is placed in special metal containers, where bulking takes place. To speed up chemical reactions, setting and hardening, the semi-finished product is subjected to vibration loads. When aerated concrete reaches the stage of pre-hardening, frozen mixture is cut of the uneven surface with wire strings, and the remaining mass is cut into blocks of equal size.

At the final stage of production, the aerated concrete blocks "hardened" in the autoclave oven, where they obtain the necessary strength and rigidity. Thus the aerated concrete obtained in such way gets a long list of unique features thanks to this displacing the brick, wood and other common building materials.

The production of aerated concrete requires less energy than the production of other wall construction materials, thus reducing fossil fuel consumption and emissions of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Energy is also saved in the curing process since steam curing is carried out at relatively low temperatures and the hot steam generated in the autoclaves is reused for subsequent batches. For production of steam, industrial-quality water is used and neither water nor steam is released into the environment. No toxic gases are created in the production process.

Thanks to continuous efficiency improvements, production of aerated concrete demands relatively small amounts of raw materials per m3 of product, and up to a fifth as much as other construction products. For the production of 1 m3 of autoclaved concrete requires only 0.2 - 0.25 m3 of raw materials, No raw materials are wasted in the production process and all production off cuts are fed back into the production circuit.

Transportation and Storage

• Transportation of pallets with blocks is carried by motor transport at speed not exceeding 70 km / h.

• Blocks are delivered on pallets and protected with shrink film. During the construction and storage of pallets with the blocks it is necessary to store them on smooth area. It is recommended to unpack the pallets and take as many blocks as can be laid within one working day.
