Why Aerated Concrete?

The choice of building materials is considerably difficult task and each builder pays maximum attention to this. Aerated concrete, brick or some other material was passed the most detailed analysis and study of all characteristics used.

Aerated concrete is one of the most important achievements in the filed of wall building materials. Currently, it has become one of the most popular building materials. It is a revolutionary material that combines the unique properties such as durability and strength, low weight, very simple construction technology and excellent environmental performance.

Aerated concrete started to be used successfully in Europe since the beginning of the last century and is now one of the most expanded wall building materials in Europe, including CIS countries. Its market is also expanding rapidly in Asia, the Middle East and - more recently, in America.

Aerated concrete is perfect building material for any climate. It is used to build all kinds of walls: exterior and interior bearing and non-bearing walls, foundation walls, partition walls as filling agent in framework structures, wall partitions, fire division walls, etc. Aerated concrete is ideal for all types of building construction: cottages, multistoried buildings, schools, hospitals, gyms, industrial and commercial facilities, etc. For example, the team consisting of 4 people can build individual cottage with approximately 150 m ² spaces for 5-6 days. But its use is justified not only by low-height construction, but also in the construction of multi-storied buildings.

Aerated concrete is made of sand or pulverized flue ash, cement, lime, anhydrite (gypsum) and blowing agent. As a result of steam curing under high pressure, by physically and chemically stable product is obtained in the autoclave, the average density is about five times lower than that of conventional concrete. Due to its porous structure, aerated concrete consists of tiny non-interconnected air cells and as an excellent insulating material, has a number of very valuable properties. Effective life of aerated concrete is 80 years, has a fire-resistant about 4 hours, and is not afraid of dampness, mold and fungus.
